Insurance

The insurances I accept are Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, and MultiPlan. Please keep in mind that BCBS PPO does not cover couples therapy payments.

If you’re covered by any other insurance plan, you will need to find out if they have Out Of Network (OON) benefits. If they do, you can pay me for the sessions and I’ll provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company to request partial reimbursement.

If you have any questions regarding what your health insurance covers, please contact your insurance provider.

Please keep in mind that insurance requires me to give you a diagnosis and share that diagnosis with them. They can also choose to not pay for sessions even after they have reimbursed you. I have not had this problem with BCBS PPO.

Insurance does not pay for phone therapy and usually pays for telehealth.  Once you give me your insurance information I will check to see what your plan covers.

My Rates

Payment for my counseling services is $150 for a 50 minute session.
*for sessions not covered by BCBS PPO

  • Tasks you may choose to do to help you stay on track during the week
